Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at chettyrmart. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law in Singapore.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received the wrong product
The product is defective or damaged
The product has expired on delivery
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Fresh groceries (fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy)
Opened or used products
Perishable items unless damaged or spoiled on delivery
Personal care and hygiene items
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 5–7 business days upon approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a bank transfer or store credit will be arranged.
4. Return Procedure
Email us at support@chettyrmart.com with your order number and issue.
Include photographs if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Our customer support team will respond within a days with next steps.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
