Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at chettyrmart. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law in Singapore.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The product has expired on delivery

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fresh groceries (fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy)

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable items unless damaged or spoiled on delivery

  • Personal care and hygiene items

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 5–7 business days upon approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a bank transfer or store credit will be arranged.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Email us at support@chettyrmart.com with your order number and issue.

  2. Include photographs if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Our customer support team will respond within a days with next steps.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
